It is strongly recommended that players delete their USER folder for the Public client after patching, particularly if you start encountering any odd character graphical issues or crash on loading. The USER folder can be found (in default installations) at C:\Program Files\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\PTU.

Ships can explode after players exit them
When a player QT’s to a short orbital location on certain planets and moons, they will fly through the planet and die
Argo Mole Mining laser attachments spawn inside the ship preventing use of mining arms
There are multiple doors offering only close options, preventing exterior doors being opened (Including Grim HEX Hab doors)
Ships sometimes wont appear in the VMA app unless the player spawns the ship first then spawns a different ship after, only then the ship will appear in VMA
